All fantasy camp attendees will stay in The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa. All meals, beverages and snacks, training rides and coaching, transportation to camp rides, other camp activities, product samples and camp apparel included.

Group Discounts: For groups of three (3) camp participants or more arriving together, we offer a 5% per camp attendee. Please contact Missing Saddle for details.

Reservations and Payment:  No deposits. Payment in full guarantees all reservations. Space is limited to 30 participants. Cancellations will be subject to a $400 service charge. Please pay by money order or cashiers check made payable to Missing Saddle and mail to 6861 North Skyway Dr. Tucson, AZ 85718. We do not accept personal checks or credit cards.

Refund or Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received prior to November 1, 2008 will be awarded a full refund. Cancellations received after November 1, 2008 will be subject to a forfeiture of $1000. Missing Saddle reserves the right to cancel the camp for any reason, at any time prior to the commencement of the camp. In the even of such cancellation, applicants will be entitled to a full refund. Participants who leave the camp as a result of injury or illness will receive a credit for use at future Fantasy Camps.

Medical/Photo Release:
All applicants will be required to sign a liability waiver/medical release form. In addition, it is understood that, by participating in the camp, applicant authorizes the Missing Saddle to use photographs and video reproductions of the participants of Fantasy Cycling Camp for promotional and advertising purposes. Anyone 21 years of age or older is eligible to participate in the MissingSaddle.com Pro Cycling Fantasy Camp. Space is limited and priority will be given based on the postmark date on the registration form
